To help keep Southern Trails RV Resort clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, all guests and monthly renters are expected to follow the resort rules and regulations below.
Please Review Before Your Stay
These rules are in place to protect our guests, our facilities, and the peaceful campground experience. Southern Trails RV Resort staff have the authority to carry out and enforce all rules and regulations.
Key Rules
Please be respectful of your site, other guests, resort property, and shared amenities.
Speed Limit
The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH and is strictly enforced.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until 9:00 AM.
Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Please check with the office when checking out or changing sites.
Monthly Site Care
Monthly renters are responsible for keeping their own sites clean and tidy, including weed eating. If Southern Trails RV Resort staff are required to do it, there will be a $30 fee per month.
Pool Rules
Please observe all posted pool rules. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No floats, rafts, or similar items are allowed in the pool.
Pets
Pets must be on leashes. All pet litter must be cleaned up by the owner. Pets are not allowed in the bathhouse, clubhouse, BBQ area, or pool area. Failure to clean up after pets may result in loss of pet privileges.
Garbage
Please place all garbage in the main dumpster.
Leaving Your Site
When leaving your site temporarily, please leave something to show the site is occupied. Sites improperly held or marked may be returned to first come, first choice basis.
Sewer
Do not let the sewer hose go more than one foot into sewer lines, as it may cause a backup in the sewer system.
Fires
Open fires are not permitted.
Washing Vehicles
Washing cars or RVs is not permitted on the premises. A coin-operated car wash is located in Unadilla.
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are allowed at your campsite only.
Clothes Lines
Clothes lines are not permitted. Washers and dryers are located in the laundry room next to the office.
Parking
Please do not park on empty sites. Extra parking is provided beside the main office.
Mats
Please use breathable mats only. Large carpets are not to be used on the grass.
Motorized Bikes & ATVs
Motorized bikes are to be used for main transportation into and out of the park only. ATVs are not allowed to be driven in the park.
Facilities
All Southern Trails RV Resort facilities are used by members and their guests at their own risk.
Loss, Damage & Insurance
Southern Trails RV Resort is not responsible for loss or damage to property. The resort provides no insurance covering members, their property, or their guests. Members are responsible for their own personal property and liability insurance.
Solicitation
No individual may solicit memberships for sale on park premises.
Damage Policy
Anything you damage in the park, you will be charged for.
